1. operation principle:
The unique gyratory motion imparts a combination of actions to the material as it passes along the screen surface. It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually diminishing along the length of the machine to an elliptical path, and finally to an approximate straight-line motion at the discharge end. There is no vertical component to this motion thus keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface.

The motor of this mechine uses the form of balance block so that the inertial force in the front and rear direction of the screen box can be controlled. The stable perfomance and the small concentrated stress provide the foundation for the prolonging of the service life.
Beside the fine screen, self cleaning system is also adopted, which can make the surface stay clean without holes being plugged, so that ensure the high efficiency of the sieving.
