Multilayer sintered metal wire mesh is a new filter material with high strength and integral rigidity which made by multilayer stainless steel wire mesh through the processing of laminating and vacuum sintering. The meshes are intertwined with each other, which forms a uniform and ideal filter structure. Multilayer sintered metal wire mesh has the features of excellent filter precision, filter resistance, mechanical strength, wear-resisting, cold resistance and workability. It is especially suitable for the situation which requires high compressive strength and filter precision, can be applied to the filed of petrochemical, nuclear power, synthetic, fiber, film, food, pharmaceutical, aerospace and environment protection and so on.
Construction and Characteristics of Standard Five-layer Sinter
1) It consists of protective layer, precision control layer, dispersion layer and multi-layer strengthening layer.
2) High strength: after sintering, the five-layer has high mechanical strength and compressive strength.
3) High precision: filter accuracy of 1- 500μm can provide a uniform surface filtration.
4) Heat resistance: it can be used for the continuous filtration from -200 ℃ -650 ℃
5) easy cleaning: Due to its excellent counter-current filter structure, it can be cleaned easily.
This sintered mesh material is easy to form, process and weld into round, cylindrical, tapered, corrugated and other shapes of filter elements.
